The bit you're actually afraid of
This is the thing most people worry about, and it is a fair worry. Everyone can spot AI writing now. It uses the same words over and over, it sounds like a press release, and it makes you look lazy.

See?! It's yuck. And it has to go.
So at the workshop you write down how you actually talk. The words you use. The words you would never use. How long your sentences run. Even where you put your emojis. Every skill you take home reads that before it writes a word.
And one of those skills has a single job. It is called stoptheslop. It reads anything before it goes out and strips out every word, phrase and pattern that makes writing sound like a machine wrote it. Kelly built it because she had the same worry.
Why it has not stuck
You have asked it things, had a conversation with it, maybe made a few images and posted them. And that is about where it stopped, because nobody has shown you how to set it up so it can go to work for you.
Here is the gap. Almost every business is using AI. Almost none of them are using it agentically. Agentic is just a wanky word that means the AI does the job, instead of describing to you how you could do it. It answers the enquiry. Books the client. Sends the follow-up. Writes the post and schedules it. Without you in the loop.
That is not you doing it wrong. Nobody sits down and sets it up with you: which tools, how to connect them to the systems you already run, how to make them do your jobs instead of generic ones. That is what the workshop is. You tell Kelly how your business runs, then you build it yourself, on your own laptop, on your own systems, with Kelly beside you the whole day.

So when somebody messages or rings, the appointment appears in your diary, at the right length, without you opening your laptop or writing anything down.
You stop watching good enquiries go cold because you got busy. Most people who contact you do not book the first time. Right now those people sit in your inbox until you forget about them. This sends them a series of messages over the following days and weeks, written in your words, until they either book or tell you to stop. This is the item that usually pays for the day on its own, because it makes money out of enquiries you already had.
You stop losing your Sunday night to editing and captions. You hand it a video off your phone. It cuts the dead air out, adds the words on screen, and drops in the extra footage between shots, in about a minute rather than the hour it takes you now. You stop opening your laptop to a number you dread. Your email is separated into what genuinely needs you and what does not, and the replies to the ordinary ones are already written and waiting for you to read and send. You approve them. Nothing goes out without you.

You stop walking into meetings hoping you remember enough. Before a meeting or a sales call, you get a written page on that person and their business: what they do, what they are likely to want from you, and what to ask them. It does the searching you would have done yourself if you had found the time.
You stop guessing whether you actually made money this month. One page showing what you have sold, what you have actually made after costs, and which parts of the business are making the money. It updates itself as sales come in, so you can see where you stand today instead of waiting for your accountant or your next BAS.
You stop having to be at a desk for your business to move. It goes and does the job and messages you back when it is done.

Before you have made a coffee, your system messages you on your phone. What is on today. Who is waiting on you. What is overdue. The emails it drafted overnight and who they are to. The posts it wrote for you, with a link. You tap, you read, you approve or skip, and that is your morning admin done, from the couch.
Three enquiries came in overnight. All three were answered in your words, and one of them has booked herself in for Thursday morning. If you are out and something comes up, you send it a voice message from the car. It does the job and tells you when it is done. You are still in charge of all of it. You have just stopped being the one who does all of it.
How the day runs
The moment you secure your spot for the workshop, Kelly emails you the instructions and a short tutorial video. You follow along, and ten minutes later Claude Code is installed on your laptop. Then you answer a short set of questions about how your business actually runs: what eats your week, which tasks you do over and over, which questions you answer again and again, and the job that always ends up at the bottom of the list because you simply do not want to do it.

Who's teaching
Kelly Wotherspoon · Lead Facilitator
Kelly Wotherspoon was a naturopath for ten years and ran a multi-modality clinic. She knows what it is like to be excellent at the thing you do and drowning in the admin that comes with running a business: the emails, the bookings, the follow-ups, the invoices, the posts.
So she built a system that does that admin for her, and now she spends her time on the parts of the business she loves. Five businesses run on it, with a small team behind her. Three hours on a Tuesday afternoon covers what used to take a team of ten a month.
She gets flown around the country to show business owners how to do the same thing: get your time back, and more profit into the business. At the workshop she does not tell you what the system can do. She shows you, live, on the screen at the front, so you see for yourself what AI can be for a business owner. Then you build it on your own laptop, with her beside you all day.
