Kelly, my revenue was three times more for that month than I did the whole year. And we spent zero dollars on advertising.

Just need to let you know my bookings are going crazy with my promotions that went live on Monday. Thank you.

AmandaEsha Medi Spa, the week her system went live

I think everything is going well, 6 new bookings this week which is amazing. I have referred a few colleagues onto you guys.

I paid two and a half thousand dollars to someone to design me a website. And then he blocked me. But this has exceeded all my expectations.

It's just like that weight lifted off. Because we've just been struggling like, are we compliant, are we not compliant. And just the time, and then the energy.

The bit you're actually afraid of

Nothing here will sound like a robot wrote it.

This is the thing most people worry about, and it is a fair worry. Everyone can spot AI writing now. It uses the same words over and over, it sounds like a press release, and it makes you look lazy.

Here is what it looks like when nobody has fixed it:

I hope this email finds you well! 🌟 In today's fast-paced, ever-evolving world, it's not just about finding a provider — it's about finding a partner. Because this isn't a service. It's a journey. And here's the thing: you deserve nothing less. 🚀 We're absolutely thrilled to help you unlock your full potential, elevate your experience, and seamlessly take things to the next level. Not tomorrow. Not someday. Today. So let's dive in and delve into how we can empower you — together. ✨ Ready to embark on this exciting journey? Simply reply to this email and let's make magic happen! 💫

See?! It's yuck. And it has to go.

So at the workshop you write down how you actually talk. The words you use. The words you would never use. How long your sentences run. Even where you put your emojis. Every skill you take home reads that before it writes a word.

And one of those skills has a single job. It is called stoptheslop. It reads anything before it goes out and strips out every word, phrase and pattern that makes writing sound like a machine wrote it. Kelly built it because she had the same worry.

Why it has not stuck

Most business owners have tried ChatGPT. That is about where it stopped.

You have asked it things, had a conversation with it, maybe made a few images and posted them. And that is about where it stopped, because nobody has shown you how to set it up so it can go to work for you.

Here is the gap. Almost every business is using AI. Almost none of them are using it agentically. Agentic is just a wanky word that means the AI does the job, instead of describing to you how you could do it. It answers the enquiry. Books the client. Sends the follow-up. Writes the post and schedules it. Without you in the loop.

That is not you doing it wrong. Nobody sits down and sets it up with you: which tools, how to connect them to the systems you already run, how to make them do your jobs instead of generic ones. That is what the workshop is. You tell Kelly how your business runs, then you build it yourself, on your own laptop, on your own systems, with Kelly beside you the whole day.

Who this day is for

Businesses that already work, and owners who want to own the system.

You have customers, revenue, maybe a team. And a ceiling you keep hitting, which is usually you, because everything still runs through you.

Or you pay an agency five grand a month plus ad spend for a system that does not belong to you. What you set up at the workshop sits on your own machine, in your own accounts, and it keeps working whether or not you ever speak to Kelly again.

It is not for you if you have not started a business yet, because there is nothing to build on. And it is not for you if you would rather watch than build.

What running it looks like

You talk to it. It does the job.

You drop a voice note and it does what you asked, just like a VA would.

You, holding the buttonChase the two quotes from last week, book Sarah in for Thursday at ten, and write Friday's post about the new opening hours.
Your AIOS, four minutes laterDone. Both quotes chased. Sarah is booked Thursday 10am and has her confirmation. Friday's post is written and waiting for your tick.

Every morning, before coffee, it sends your brief to your phone:

  • The emails that came in overnight, replies already drafted
  • Today's appointments and who has paid
  • Where every enquiry is up to
  • What your ads did yesterday
  • The posts it wrote, one tap to approve

One tap opens your Command Centre: your money, your posts and the morning's quick wins on one screen, all live.

What you walk out with

The complete system, built on your business, in one day.

Eleven things stop being your job. All of them get built on your business, on your laptop, and they are running before you go home. You own the lot. No monthly fee, no subscription to Kelly, nothing to cancel.

01

Your business, written down once

You stop re-explaining your business to a machine that keeps forgetting it. A single document that holds everything about your business: what you sell, what you charge, who buys from you, and the way you talk to them. Your AI reads this document before it does anything else, which is why what it writes sounds like you and not like a stranger. Every other item on this list reads from this one document, so you write it once at the workshop and never again.

02

Something that answers your messages for you

You stop losing people who messaged you at 9pm on a Saturday. When somebody messages your Instagram or Facebook, emails you, or fills in the form on your website, this answers them in your words, at any hour, including at two in the morning while you are asleep. Because it has read the document above, it can answer real questions about your prices, your availability and what you actually do, rather than replying with something useless like "thanks, someone will be in touch".

03

Something that answers your phone for you

You stop paying for the calls you never got to answer. A phone line that picks up when you are with a customer, driving, or closed. It talks to the caller out loud in a real voice, answers what they rang to ask, and puts them in your calendar. You get a written summary of the call afterwards.

04

Your booking system, connected

You stop being the person who moves the appointment into the diary. The two items above are joined to whatever calendar or booking software you already use. So when somebody messages or rings, the appointment appears in your diary, at the right length, without you opening your laptop or writing anything down.

05

Automatic follow-up for people who did not book

You stop watching good enquiries go cold because you got busy. Most people who contact you do not book the first time. Right now those people sit in your inbox until you forget about them. This sends them a series of messages over the following days and weeks, written in your words, until they either book or tell you to stop. This is the item that usually pays for the day on its own, because it makes money out of enquiries you already had.

06

Your videos and posts, edited and published for you

You stop losing your Sunday night to editing and captions. You hand it a video off your phone. It cuts the dead air out, adds the words on screen, and drops in the extra footage between shots, in about a minute rather than the hour it takes you now. Then it writes the caption in your words and posts it to Instagram, Facebook and the rest on the day and time you tell it to. You do not need to pay for a separate scheduling tool.

07

Your email, sorted and answered

You stop opening your laptop to a number you dread. Your email is separated into what genuinely needs you and what does not, and the replies to the ordinary ones are already written and waiting for you to read and send. You approve them. Nothing goes out without you.

08

A summary of your day, before your day starts

You stop starting the day already behind on what happened overnight. Every morning you get one message listing what is on today, who is waiting on a reply from you, and what has gone past its due date. You read it with your coffee before you open the laptop.

09

Background on anyone you are about to meet

You stop walking into meetings hoping you remember enough. Before a meeting or a sales call, you get a written page on that person and their business: what they do, what they are likely to want from you, and what to ask them. It does the searching you would have done yourself if you had found the time.

10

Your money, on one screen, updated live

You stop guessing whether you actually made money this month. One page showing what you have sold, what you have actually made after costs, and which parts of the business are making the money. It updates itself as sales come in, so you can see where you stand today instead of waiting for your accountant or your next BAS.

11

You run all of it by voice message

You stop having to be at a desk for your business to move. Everything above is connected to Telegram, a free messaging app that works like WhatsApp. You hold the button down and talk to it, the same way you send a voice note to a friend. It goes and does the job and messages you back when it is done.

Which means you can run your business from the car park, the school pick-up line, or the couch, without opening a laptop.

Scrolls on its own. Hover or touch to pause, drag to look around.

$1,497 for the day. Ten seats.

Hold your seat with a $497 deposit and pay the remaining $1,000 by Monday 21 September. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea included. A second person from your business is $147. Thirty days of support in the Skool group afterwards.

The Tuesday after

Business feels different with an AIOS.

An AIOS is an AI Operating System. Not an Apple one, not a Microsoft one. A [your business name here] one, built around the way you actually run. Here is the Tuesday after the workshop with one.

Before you have made a coffee, your system messages you on your phone. What is on today. Who is waiting on you. What is overdue. The emails it drafted overnight and who they are to. The posts it wrote for you, with a link. You tap, you read, you approve or skip, and that is your morning admin done, from the couch.

Three enquiries came in overnight. All three were answered in your words, and one of them has booked herself in for Thursday morning. If you are out and something comes up, you send it a voice message from the car. It does the job and tells you when it is done. You are still in charge of all of it. You have just stopped being the one who does all of it.

How the day runs

Three steps. The set-up happens before you arrive.

01 · The week before

You install it at home in ten minutes

The moment you secure your spot for the workshop, Kelly emails you the instructions and a short tutorial video. You follow along, and ten minutes later Claude Code is installed on your laptop. Then you answer a short set of questions about how your business actually runs: what eats your week, which tasks you do over and over, which questions you answer again and again, and the job that always ends up at the bottom of the list because you simply do not want to do it.

02 · Monday morning

Watch the system work for you

On the screen at the front, on a real business, you see it create:

  • An inbox sorted and the replies written in the owner's voice
  • The morning brief landing on a phone
  • An enquiry answered and booked in, with nobody touching it
  • A phone call answered by a system with an Aussie accent
  • A week of posts written and scheduled
  • A landing page built and published
  • Background on a customer, written in under a minute
  • A quote chased and an invoice sent
  • The whole business on one live screen
03 · Monday afternoon

You build it on your own business

Three parts, on your laptop, in your accounts. Admin: your emails and messages answered in your voice, your enquiries followed up until they book, and your phone answered by a system with an Aussie accent that books the caller in while it talks to them. Content: your posts, reels and newsletter written in your voice and scheduled. Money: quotes chased, invoices out, and one live screen showing where the business is at. All of it built from Kelly's skill library, and all of it connected to your phone, so you run it by voice message from the car. Kelly is there to guide you: she shows you what the system can do, gets you moving again when you get lost, and opens your eyes to what is possible for your business. You drive home with it running, and you have thirty days of support in the Skool group after.

Who's teaching

Ten years running a clinic. Now five businesses, all on these systems.

Kelly Wotherspoon · Lead Facilitator

Kelly Wotherspoon was a naturopath for ten years and ran a multi-modality clinic. She knows what it is like to be excellent at the thing you do and drowning in the admin that comes with running a business: the emails, the bookings, the follow-ups, the invoices, the posts.

So she built a system that does that admin for her, and now she spends her time on the parts of the business she loves. Five businesses run on it, with a small team behind her. Three hours on a Tuesday afternoon covers what used to take a team of ten a month.

She gets flown around the country to show business owners how to do the same thing: get your time back, and more profit into the business. At the workshop she does not tell you what the system can do. She shows you, live, on the screen at the front, so you see for yourself what AI can be for a business owner. Then you build it on your own laptop, with her beside you all day.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need to be technical?
No. The install is one line and it is done before you arrive, and Kelly is in the room with you all day. If you can use a laptop for your business, you can do this.
What is Claude Code?
Claude is the AI. Claude Code is the version that can actually do things on your computer and in your systems rather than just writing you an answer. That difference is most of why nothing has worked for you so far.
What are the payment terms?
Pay in full, or hold your seat with a $497 deposit. The remaining $1,000 is due by Monday 21 September, seven days before the day. Dietary requirements by the same date or general catering is provided. A second person from your business is $147.
What if my business is unusual?
Most are. Rather than guess, book fifteen minutes and tell Kelly how it works. If the day suits you she will say so, and if it does not she will tell you that too.

Still got questions? Fifteen minutes with Kelly.

No pitch. She will tell you what gets built on the day and whether it is worth it for your business. If it isn't, she will say so.
